Responsibilities
About the Role
The Administrative Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to sustain the Universityâ™s financial aid, teaching, and research mission in a unique way. At Princo, every role plays a key part to the teamâ™s success. You will learn and serve as the subject matter expert on vendor management, subscriptions, travel/expense policies and processes, recruiting, facilities and event support. Managing travel, especially, is an integral part of Princoâ™s global partnerships and presence. Your logistic creativity will serve an indispensable part of the team achieving its investment goals. The Administrative Assistant will:
Work across the Princo team, specifically reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Operations, Administration and Technology
Contribute to the management of vendors and subscriptions (due diligence assistance, tracking, and review)
Manage and process expenses for the entire Princo team
Book and manage staff travel
Organize and administer confidential materials
Facilitate communication and optimize processes among Princo staff
Serve as a monitor for a central mailbox
Staff reception when necessary
Assist with facilities management and event management for both cyclical and ad hoc items
Provide administrative support to recruiting efforts

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelorâ™s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Detail-oriented mindset and can carefully handle confidential and sensitive material
Experience and comfort working with Microsoft Office
Ability to develop and enhance processes/systems
Ability to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of styles
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Familiarity with Princeton University systems including PRIME financials, Concur, and Information Warehouse (a plus, but not a requirement)
