We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Services Administrator in Pittsburgh, PA! (Hybrid).

What You’ll Do

The Investment Services Administrator position supports the Investment Management teams with advanced reporting and administrative skills for managing client, prospect and complex management, client and regulatory reporting requirements and data gathering. This position is a high profile, key role in the Investment Management Division requiring excellent skills and outstanding professional presence, strong resource utilization and optimal team servicing skills to ensure Funds meet regulatory, internal, and external customer needs.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field preferred
• One year of business experience required; three years of business experience preferred
• Investment industry and financial background preferred
• Knowledge of company operations, products, policies, personnel and clients preferred
• Advanced proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required, including PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
• Experience with Federated Hermes internal investment systems and applications preferred.
