Associate, Power & Infrastructure Investments
The Associate of Power & Infrastructure Investments reports to the SVP and helps support investment strategy, underwriting, and execution for the company’s data center platform. This role serves as the central point of coordination between the investment committee, capital partners, and development teams, ensuring disciplined underwriting and strategic alignment on all capital deployment decisions. The Associate will support the creation and institutionalization of advanced financial modeling templates for powered land, powered shell, and turnkey development opportunities. They will manage the full investment lifecycle, continuously evaluating deal structures and underwriting assumptions to reflect market dynamics and demand trends.
