Job DescriptionThe Executive Director of Foundation and Development at Minnesota State College Southeast develops and oversees a comprehensive community awareness and fundraising program that supports the mission of the college and Southeast?s Foundation. The position is responsible for managing a multi-faceted program which includes strategies, donor research and prospecting, cultivation of community and corporate partnerships and college-wide fundraising strategies through individual and corporate gifts, major gifts, planned giving, an annual scholarship campaign, grants and alumni relations.
