Executive Vice President/Chief Executive Officer (EVP/CEO)
Reporting to the TCMS Executive Board and TCMS Foundation Board of Trustees, the EVP/CEO will assume full authority and accountability for the efficient operation and ongoing success of the organization. The role requires an individual who can manage a range of diverse, complex issues and maintain the highest ethical standards while doing so. A list of representative duties is included below. The EVP/CEO will also be called on to perform other duties as requested by the Boards. Work with the TCMS Executive Board and TCMS Foundation Board of Trustees providing leadership and support in fulfilling the organization’s mission and developing and implementing its strategic plan and priorities as expressed through bylaws, policies, and resolutions or action
