JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for working with Greystar's corporate Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. The position is responsible for candidate interviewing, selection, and support of onboarding processes.

Talent Identification: Utilize various platforms and innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
Engagement: Initiate contact with candidates through proactive personalized outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and talent markets to inform sourcing strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate information
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role. Experience working for a recruitment agency is preferred, but not required.
Experience sourcing candidates across a wide variety of corporate positions, with a preference for experience recruiting IT professionals.
Strong research skills, familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, and proficiency in using ATS systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
