This Program Manager role is positioned in the Project / Resource Management & Communications team.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include collaborating with IT senior management, providing direction for IT project management function, guiding the IT governance processes for the portfolio governance function to ensure proper stewardship of resources. Leads the development, utilization, and enhancement of IT Project Management and IT Governance standards and best practices for the Information Technology Division.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience required, acquisition of advanced degree in the IT or business field preferred
• 10 years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience
• Ability to lead/influence and communicate with all levels of management
• Experience knowledge of structured methodologies in the software development life cycle
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies required

Hours/Location: 

• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
• Federated Investors Warrendale, PA (15086) / Hybrid (Office/Remote)
