The Director of Business Services - Chief Business Officer is directly responsible to the Superintendent of Schools for planning, coordinating and directing the business and related activities of the School District as well as budget preparation, monitoring and other aspects of public school finance management.
General Direction and supervision is exercised over the Business Services Office, Facilities Services, Construction and Site Acquisition, Maintenance, Operation and Transportation, Fiscal Services, Purchasing, Nutrition Services, and Risk Management.
Responsible for budget, finance and planning the development and preparation of the annual budget with monitoring revenues and expenditures of all District funds. Conducts financial analyses including forecasting financial commitments, evaluating contracts, and serving as the District investing manager.
Qualified candidate will submit with application the following documents: -Possession of or eligibility for appropriate administrative credential -Resume and highlight of qualifications -Letter of Introduction -Minimum of 3 letters of recommendation -Scanned copies of transcripts Possession of a valid California Teaching credential. Additionally, possession of a valid California Administrative Services credential.
