OpportunityThe Senior Financial Analyst will become an expert on market elements that impact Commercial Real Estate, specifically in the Single-Family Rental and Build-to-Rent space and perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate Single Family Rental and Build-to-Rent assets. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Investments Sales team with financial analysis and preparing market data to be utilized in various client-facing documents and presentations, including being actively involved in pitches to ownership and their equity partners. Breakdown and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls.Perform valuations and underwriting on Single Family Rental and Build-to-Rent assets.Prepare land residual and Pro
