As the Marketing Strategist for Video Content, you will have a big mission to define, implement, and optimize the roll out of unit-level media for our portfolio of over 300+ properties. You are a collaborative, hands-on marketing creative who is as technically savvy as you are charismatic.You ll have an incredibly strong support system to lean on, reporting to the Manager of Digital Strategy, and working side-by-side with your peers in Marketing.
Presenting creative ideas in an easy-to-understand way is your forte. You're the perfect combination of organized + analytical + creative. You understand how a property s class, amenities, specials, brand, and budget will affect their online presence and overall marketing strategy and you can craft the right visual to fit. You re also an expert communicator, keeping both your team and your stakeholders in the loop to ensure flawless execution.
PLANNING + EXECUTION
Work with senior staff and/or SMEs to onboard digital asset management tool
Outline and implement testing of unit level video content
Coordinate project plans and manage through to completion
Create timelines and facilitate task management for multiple stakeholders
Capture and edit photo and video assets to ensure quality standards and deliverables are achieved
Brand strategy alignment help strategize properties need for video content refresh at takeover
Curate video content to align with property marketing strategy
Creative asset assessment decide which video assets are needed, and which can be repurposed when onboarding a new property to the portfolio
Offers hands-on branding guidance with onsite teams to ensure property content aligns with BH best practices.
MARKETING TOOLS + PROCESSES
Maintain and establish vendor relationships and manage to expectations
Coordinating vendor, system, billing, or tooling migrations and integrations
Documentation of internal processes and team training on resulting changes
Coordinate property rehab scoping/timing for shooting general community videos and Matterports with SMEs
Coordinate with SMEs to ensure all new communities are onboarded and instructed on video tour capture
Coordinate with SMEs to ensure content is deployed across all platforms and channels
Coordinate with SMEs to identify opportunities to use professional videos throughout the self-guided touring experience
Provide SMEs with viewer analytics when relevant and available
Successful cross-team communication and cross-departmental collaboration is important. This role will work closely with all BH teams, including:

3+ years of photography or video experience.
Experience editing video content for the web.
Ability to travel, up to 50% based on need
Next-level written and verbal communication.
Relationship building skills.
Well-equipped to manage marketing vendors. You know how to build productive relationships, how to deliver honest feedback, and when to shop.
Experience leveraging project management software tools like Monday, Asana, Flow, Basecamp, and Trello.
You are comfortable with ambiguity. Some may even say you thrive in it!
Happily autonomous with healthy communication skills. You love to work independently, but you keep everyone in your sphere informed of your progress.
Matterport software experience
Digital asset management experience
Familiarity with real estate, multifamily operations (conventional + student housing), and equities and investments are ideal, but not a deal breaker. We re great teachers.
