Federated Hermes is seeking a Project Manager at our Warrendale location to lead information technology projects associated with the Enterprise Data Strategy. The successful individual will interact with personnel throughout the Information Technology division.
What you can expect:
- Manage multiple medium to large complex projects through the entire project life cycle using primarily Scrum methodology.
- Act as liaison with vendors, partners and clients.
- Work with the project sponsor, program manager, product owner, consulting partners and other stakeholders to ensure backlogs and sprint plans accurately reflects desired business outcomes.
- Work within the Enterprise Data Strategy Program to contribute to an environment of collaboration, cooperation and teamwork.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of five years of experience in Information Technology project management required.
- Experience working as Scrum Master on medium to large complex agile projects required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience in an IT environment required.
- Experience with major agile ceremonies and processes, including backlog grooming, planning, and retrospectives required.
- Project management experience through the entire project life cycle required.
