The Senior Analyst, Office of the CEO, will report to the Senior Director, Office of the CEO, and will focus on overseeing the Global Investment Committee process, including compiling timely and accurate weekly materials, leading Global IC weekly meetings, and ensuring overall process of approvals adheres to operating guidelines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Manages the Global Investment Committee process -
* Prepares materials for the Global Investment Committee in advance of weekly calls
* Reviews Business Line Investment Committee requests and materials, including underwriting, pursuit, deposits, and equity requests, and escalate and resolve any issues as necessary
* Coordinates and leads weekly calls, working closely with Business Line Investment Committee leaders to ensure efficiency
* Monitors the overall information flow acting as the gatekeeper to the Global Investment Committee
* Tracks the Global Investment Committee requests and approvals and ensures that Business Lines operate within their delegated authority
* Establishes relationships with senior leaders within Greystar to garner the reputation as the point-person and subject matter expert for any questions related to the Business Line and Global Investment Committees.
* Manages the repository for all Investment Committee materials, working closely with Greystar's Information Technology professionals.
* Assists with internal and external information requests related to the Business Line and Global Investment Committees.
* Leads cross-functional initiatives and resolves any conflicts between key stakeholders.
* Develops a strong understanding of Greystar's domestic and international Development and Investment Management business.
* Continually works to standardize processes and materials between business lines, including investment memos, reporting, and deal tracking to increase efficiencies. #LI-DNI
