Working directly with the Executive Director, Investment Management to manage and drive key strategic and operational initiatives. Oversee high-priority projects, while ensuring alignment and accountability across the leadership team and wider organization. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to design and implement processes that support the continued growth of the business. Serving as the "right hand" to the Executive Director in areas such as strategic and financial planning, goal setting, investor updates and more, you will act as the liaison with various external stakeholders.
