Federated Hermes Career Opportunity Responsibility works… as a Sr. Application Developer!   We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Application Developer.   What You’ll Do As a Sr. Application Developer, you’ll design, write, modify, and maintain program scripts and modules to meet the changing business needs of the organization.  You will provide leadership and mentoring of team members within the Integration Center of Excellence. Adhere to departmental Software Development Life Cycle. Collaborate with Business Unit, Strategy and Business Analysis teams to understand requirements and business needs. Keep abreast of advances and developing trends and standards.
