As a Portfolio Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role on the team and the broader Global Investment Control department within Investment Operations. With an emphasis on new vehicle launches and managing client activity, you will be able to leverage your experience and skills to influence new ways of thinking and working with respect to these capabilities: managing inputs to our portfolio optimization tool, checking compliance, working with the investment team and adjacent teams to insure the portfolio construction process runs smoothly. You've had previous experience in the investment management industry with project management and/or business analysis responsibilities with significant scope and complexity.
You have a solid understanding and operations background in Investment Operations, specific to baskets and authorized participant order processing.
You're familiar with operations in an asset management setting and understand the complexities of order management, portfolio compliance and trade processing and settlement.
You're a critical thinker with the ability to deliver root cause assessment through end-to-end research and analysis.
Your background includes plenty of examples of times when you've taken initiative to raise issues, solve problems and get things done. Your colleagues turn to you for sound recommendations.
You're a problem solver who develops practical solutions, translates them into a work plan and influences key stakeholders in order to drive successful implementation.
You're well-versed in Microsoft Excel with familiarity of VBA and have experience with reporting/data visualization tools like Tableau and Alteryx. Python experience is a plus.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.
You have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
