Work You'll Do
Interface with internal audit, business, IT, and members of executive management to design and implement solutions. Help to identify and evaluate complex business process and technology risks. Evaluate and implement internal controls that mitigate risks. Participate in risk assessments, assess issues, and work with management to determine remediation plans and track progress. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches. Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and competitor activities, products, and service lines. Assist in preparing project plans and weekly status reports.
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Eighteen months of experience documenting current state and target state workflows related to portfolio management, trading, middle and back office, data management, and compliance.
Experience must include eighteen months of:
leading and documenting business process review discussions with Banking and Capital Markets clients and implementing investment management solutions, including Charles River Investment Management Solution;
Supporting configuration and designing of target state workflows;
Leading testing lifecycle, including test plan and strategy, and documenting various phases of testing, including system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing;
Facilitating user training during various phases of testing via meeting, demos, and documents to prepare users for go-live;
Providing post go-live support to help transition clients to the newly implemented system; and
Performing project management tasks, including status reporting, to keep all stakeholders updated on progress.
Position requires 90% travel.
