This position is primarily responsible for performing monthly reporting, periodic forecasting and ad-hoc analysis of employee compensation for the US Investment Management business. Reporting to key stakeholders using strong analytical, technical and collaborative skills for extracting, gathering, creating and delivering various reports and analyses on key metrics and creating and/or maintaining current process documentation.
Extract and combine payroll information from multiple data sources and deliver ad-hoc and variancereports for corporate reporting.
Analyze payroll details to ensure employees are coded to the correct departments in the general ledger.
Work closely with various departments to identify miscoded payroll and prepare reclasses and intercompany transactions to reconcile the payroll accounts.
Calculate monthly payroll and incentive accruals and post adjusting journal entries.
Input payroll information into the budget system and update as needed for the quarterly reforecasts.
Prepare budget to actual payroll detail reports for investment leadership to review.
Work with various investment leaders to prepare the five-year payroll forecast and assist with questions and updates.
Calculate and prepare payroll billback entries to multiple renovation jobs.
Prepare journal entries,intracompany transactions, general ledgeraccount reconciliations andbudget variance reports.
Maintain data integrity and compliancebyrunningreports,auditingandanalyzinginformationandtroubleshootingerrors.
Manage the delivery of key payroll projects that include obtaining an understanding of the issue and collaborationwithkey team members about the issues.
Audit of employee expense reports and ensure adherence to policy requirements.
