As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in support of our Chief Compliance Officers ("CCOs") within Legal & Compliance to maintain and ensure we comply with the requirements of our U.S. Compliance Program. You'll serve as the primary liaison between Legal & Compliance and the Global Risk Management ("GRM") team for all aspects of the Compliance Program.

Every day will be different as you partner with the CCOs, GRM, in-house lawyers, compliance managers, and business area managers throughout Capital. You will audit our processes to ensure our controls are working properly. To thrive in this role, you've lead others through analysis of regulations, you enjoy new challenges in a fast-paced environment, and you are constantly trying to improve existing processes. Experience in the investment management industry and compliance audits is a plus.

• Your compliance experience is in the financial services industry. You're well versed in operational and compliance risk and control assessment programs. You're comfortable managing risk based projects, facilitating direct dialogue about the control environment to identify key risks
