Developing individualized plans for clients to help meet their financial objectives. Helping clients build, manage, preserve, and transition their financial resources and wealth. Processes deposits and disbursements of client funds and/or securities; ensuring good delivery and accurate processing while receiving, prioritizing, transmitting and distributing security orders. Responsible for entering securities, payments, disbursements and orders into the system, preparing client receipts, and forwarding securities with any supporting documentation to the Home Office. Responsible for ensuring that financial transactions are completed in a timely fashion to reduce financial exposure to both the client and the firm. This includes requests for security re-registrations, deliveries, Fed Wires and transfers of client funds. Also responsible for identifying and preventing potential risk-related transactions, as well as providing assistance to all Financial Advisors with regard to any aspect of order entry activity. May open and distribute branch mail received and disseminate morning reports. Responsible for maintaining accurate records per Corporate and Securities regulations, while meeting daily deadlines for bank deposits, order entry and system cutoffs.
