The Chief Operating and Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing and oversees the School’s Business Office, finances and Operations in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that represents a high degree of efficiency, effectiveness, ethics and integrity. As a member of the Leadership Team of CESJDS, the CFO supports the educational mission of the School, reports directly to, and is supervised and evaluated by the Head of School. As a senior leader at CESJDS, the CFO is expected to role model, promote professional practices, and embody the values and mission of the School within the context of a pluralistic Jewish community. CESJDS is a pluralistic JK-12 Jewish independent school with 900+ students, over 250 employees and two campuses. Our operations entail facilities, maintenance, food services and transportation.
