Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provides full-service banking to high value customers and oversees a portfolio of account relationships in a virtual environment. Consults with customers regarding their financial needs and recommends product/solutions to meet those needs both from an inbound contact strategy as well as an outbound outreach strategy. Additionally, resolves inquiries, opens and services accounts (such as checking, savings, and credit/loan) and identifies customer investment needs and introduces partners when an investment need is identified operating in defined relationship models in team approach. Partners and/or acts as a liaison to other internal departments. Works to deepen customer relationships by offering partner products and services to existing clients. Performs customer education and advocacy to appropriate resources including Financial Health and Digital capabilities appropriate for the customer. Continually builds a network of internal and external sources and resources to further enhance the customer experience and meet customers' needs continually expanding and building assigned relationships.
This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction; As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below.

2+ years of financial services industry experience obtained through work or military in one or a combination of the following: corporate banking, corporate lending, consumer banking, consumer lending, business banking, small business, mortgage lending, investments, brokerage, or private banking; or 1+ year of experience in a licensed financial services position
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
