Wealth Management Associate-Tax Specialist
We are currently seeking a confident CPA interested in helping families reach their financial goals by integrating their investment and tax strategy with their financial plan. If you have experience maintaining client relationships and a deep understanding of the tax challenges many individuals/families face, we would like to speak with you.
You will be the lead advisor on developing tax strategies related to our clients’ situations and investment strategy. In this role, you will work with our team of advisors who hold either the CFP® or CFA designation to serve clients in a well-rounded, holistic approach to wealth management.

Understand our clients’ financial/personal situation and prepare/update financial plans
Provide advice on investment management/cash flows/retirement planning strategies
Proactively communicate with clients on the implementation of given advice
Assist in updating/maintaining financial plans
Meet with prospective clients and present the firm’s recommendations
Promote the firm’s value proposition and encourage referrals from existing clients
Hold a CPA and be current in all requirements of the designation
Two(2)+ years’ experience in tax return review and planning for wealthy individuals, family members and their trusts, investment entities, and private businesses. This includes substantial experience in personal taxation, trust taxation, estate & gift taxation, charitable taxation, with exposure to flow-through entities, partnership taxation, and corporate taxation, including State & Local income (SALT)/Franchise tax for multi-state filers
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding practical strategies as well as a strong ethical commitment
Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship, highly preferred
PFS and/or CFP®, designations are a significant plus
