As an Information Technology Group Director supporting our Client Experience Technologies you will be responsible for the business and technology transformation portfolio. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and service leadership teams to help influence the client engagement models and define the technology implications of the new engagement models. You will be responsible for defining the technology strategy and roadmap to bring the client engagement models to life using our technology portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work with the current technology leadership team to determine implications, define solution needs, and determine the time and cost related to the changes. Through your leadership and expertise, you will enable teams to imagine, build and launch solutions with transformative power for both on-prem and cloud solutions.

From digital and cloud solutions to original and developing technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You lead the development of products, services and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Your background includes a minimum of 15 years of experience with integration technologies crossing application, services, data and business process integration
• You are skilled at influencing and executing disruptive business and technology strategies to define and industry engagement model
• You're thoughtful in your approach to product and portfolio management
• You build and lead a long-term technology strategy and architecture to enable a future-ready, high quality, and responsive solutions
• You foster an environment of agile thinkers that are passionate about designing product user experiences enable rapid business growth
• You are a technical expert with strong business insight. You stay current with industry technology and become an expert in external solutions on the market for your clients
• You have the ability and experience in building and leading high-performance teams. You are able to lead portfolios and initiatives and foster continuous development and performance management within your organization.
