The Product Management Manager 4 within the Investment Products Group and a part of the Investment Center of Excellence will report to the Head of Advisory, Institutional, and HNW Consulting. The Product Management Manager will be responsible for various product related activities such as:
Overall product management and strategic focus for the following Advisory offerings: Institutional Consulting Services and High Net Worth Consulting.
Integrating product management with key business partners across the organization including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, Distribution, and Wells Fargo Investment Institute among others
Supervising processes to assure accurate and risk appropriate completion and identify changes as necessary
Lead the team to promote exceptional service, risk awareness, and to develop team members
Knowledge of the institutional and high net worth market space to include Endowments, Foundations, Public and Private Pension and Profit Sharing programs, and family office practices and of the portfolio management philosophies utilized by these entities.
Determining and coordinating marketing focus and resources
Assist in providing metrics to senior management and product-related support for business development efforts
Building strong relationships and strategic partnerships in a complex and multilayered organization

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Knowledge and understanding of business development and marketing

Proven leadership capabilities; with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading staff
