The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking.
About the role
The Operations Analyst 1 will primarily assist the Treasury Management Sales team with pre- and post-sales activities.
Partners with Aligned Sales Analysts on an individual basis to assist with creating account structures
Performing proximity studies and post implementation reviews; preparing relationship review presentations and submitting maintenance requests.
The ideal candidate must manage change well, while being a highly motivated, proactive, self-starter that takes pride and accountability for all tasks assigned.

A successful Operations Analyst will deliver high quality, client-focused solutions when preparing and completing their assigned tasks and/or presentations.
Accurate and timely input of data into various systems and applications
Assisting with the development of sales presentations and proposals
Fulfillment of research and reporting requests
Fulfillment of client facing reporting requests
Analysis, manipulation and scrubbing of excel based reports
Compilation of reports utilizing multiple applications, systems and data sources
Responsible for completing all assigned tasks accurately and within the defined processing time frame
Adhere to all aspects of the production related procedures to ensure all internal controls are followed
Escalate any problems resolving exceptions, issues or delays in a timely manner to Supervisor and state side partners, as applicable
Resolve operational and process exceptions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, with guidance
Monitor various email boxes and decision requests based on certain business criteria
Manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively
Ensure all information in written documents is consistent with our brand standard, business objectives, and stylistic standards
Ensure final response complies with all submission requirements
Complete special projects as assigned
Market Skills and Certifications
At least 2 years college education
1+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, sales support, general banking, or direct client contact; or a BS/BA degree or higher
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
skills include the following:
Experience with treasury management products and services
Sales or client support experience
Knowledge and understanding of general banking
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
Team player and enjoy supporting and achieving team goals
Self-starter and take pride and ownership of all tasks assigned
Demonstrated high integrity, tenacity and sense of urgency with previous positions
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays if required
Amenable to night shift and shifting schedules
