Our client-facing teams manage millions of customer contacts each year for retail and institutional clients, plan sponsors, and participants via phone, email, and correspondence. We also have team members who work on support teams in business administration, operations, and strategy and technology. The WM TPB Client Service Specialist Licensed 1 position is responsible for supporting internal and external clients by providing moderately complex to complex- support services in account management, operations, documentation, client service and technical support. Assists with relationship management for both banking and brokerage clients, and executes and confirms moderately complex securities transactions initiated by clients.

3+ years of client service experience, business experience, or a combination of both
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Brokerage industry experience
Call center experience
Retail banking experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding problem solving skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance.
For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite may also be required
