Responsibilities This internship is designed for current college students pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance. This position will give experience supporting financial reporting for a business line, earned by working alongside talented professionals in a division of the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with month-end closing procedures (reconciliation of revenue, assisting in monthly update of excel-based financials and metrics, reporting support)
Maintaining and updating certain CRM database fields supporting accounting processes
Support selected control reporting functions and presentation This position is anticipated to be full time during the summer and continue with flexible part time hours through the remainder of 2019, with the opportunity to extend into 2020 for the right candidate.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field in progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel proficiency
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities efficiently
Resourceful and a self-starter
