We are searching for an Senior Analyst/Associate - Enterprise Risk to join the Risk Group within our Finance, Analytics & Risk (FAR) department. Our team is made up of highly skilled and dedicated finance and risk professionals. The Risk Group, including Enterprise Risk and Investment Risk, develops and implements the frameworks, policies and processes to ensure that the key risks of the organisation are being appropriately managed and that there is effective independent oversight in place across all of our global investment programs and operations in eight offices around the world.
As a key member of the Enterprise Risk team, the Associate will support the team’s activities related to the implementation, maintenance and continuous enhancement of our Integrated Risk Framework (IRF). Specific responsibilities include:
Playing a key role in leadership team meetings, including the development of pre-read material, presentation material and speakers notes;
Contributing to the development of metrics and new reports/dashboards to ensure reporting continues to be informative and impactful;
Developing charts, tables and other visuals for inclusion in key risk documents in compelling ways to present information to key stakeholders;
Conducting research to support specific risk topics;
Organizing and maintaining the records for Enterprise Risk and coordinating activities of the team;
Collaborating with groups across Investment Departments and Core Services on various enterprise risk management initiatives
Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience (experience in investment management, pension fund or financial services industry, exposure to enterprise and/or operational risk management is preferred)
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Superior data analysis skills
Outstanding writing ability and analytical skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to proactively build and foster professional relationships
Enjoys working in a high demand environment, is flexible and constantly strives to innovate
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented environment
