Act as a conduit between Portfolio Managers, Sales and clients, managing relationships from a data/analytics standpoint, working across our Investment Management asset classes with a core focus on the Fixed Income product range.
Work with portfolio managers to develop and communicate information about the products investment teams, process, and performance to a broad range of clients.
Manage client inquiries and engage in effective dialogue with investors, internal partners and administrators to resolve investment-related questions and requests. Work effectively with internal team members to ensure seamless, relevant communication in support of client needs, including client reports and ad hoc requests.
Assist as needed with development of performance reports, and marketing materials, including presentation enhancements and quarterly mailers, plus review RFP and database responses.
Actively monitor industry, business and regulatory risks; seek ways to minimize operational and reputational risks.
Potential opportunity to participate in product development as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
Min of 5 - 10 years of relevant product knowledge experience
Excellent fixed income technical analysis and product knowledge
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and detail orientation
Outstanding interpersonal skills, professional presence and client servicing skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) coupled with the ability to communicate complex material in a clear and concise manner
Team player who is a self-motivated leader, with demonstrated ability to support others and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
