Assists in collection, aggregation and input of data specific to a proprietary retail database (comps, tenants, availabilities, agency representation, etc.).
Assists in compiling data sets and researching relevant commercial real estate projects for the support of business development.
Picks up basic excel, database, data visualization and web research skills to assist the research operations manager in creating and maintaining internal, proprietary data sets

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, finance, economics, or other related fields
