Oversee finance, budgeting, cash flow and accounting as well as risk management, investments and financial reporting,
Prepare financial data and reports in an accurate and timely manner; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the organizations financial status.
Works with auditors during annual audit, and state audits as required.

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements:
7+ years of experience in university, non-profit, or foundation accounting required.
Experience in managing annual audit process.
Experience with tax returns/reporting.
Experience with handling and monitoring privately donated endowments and other donor gifts to a foundation, non-profit, or university.
Experience with all accounting policies and procedures regarding investments and investments management in a foundation, non-profit or government entity.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with accounting for planned giving vehicles.
