The Financial Analyst will work with one of the Southeast's leading Retail Investment Sale Teams and will be responsible for research, financial analysis and modeling to evaluate shopping center investments. The Analyst will be trained to design and create marketing proposals and marketing materials for sale transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Write Offering Memoranda & Proposals.
Read & Abstract Leases.
Create Cash Flow Projections using Argus lease analysis software and Microsoft Excel.
Supervise the creation of graphic materials for presentations.
Arrive at and Support Valuation Conclusions.
Conduct research on planned and existing real estate assets for presentation and tracking purposes.
Assist with underwriting and due diligence questions posed by potential investors.
Analytical and detail oriented personality with the ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret and create various types of business documents.
Must have a BA with strong financial, computer, analytical and writing skills. Previous experience in real estate, a degree in finance, and a real estate/mortgage broker license is preferred.
Experience with Excel is required.
Experience with ARGUS is favorable.
Experience with In-Design and/or other Graphic software experience a plus.
The ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries from team members and clients.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive, proactive work ethic and approach.
