An investment management firm in Boston, MA is looking to bring on a Performance Attribution Analyst to their Finance team responsible for Performance reporting and Attribution.
In this role you will be responsible for working on analysis and reporting of investment performance and attribution and you will also look at benchmarks and composition. You will assist with client reporting, manage the composite funds, oversee internal controls, and interact closely with Finance and Investment staff regarding performance issues and inquiries.
From a culture fit point of view, we're looking for someone from a small-mid sized fund who has experience looking at an entire firm's performance and attribution as opposed to a large firm looking at just a silo or slice of the overall performance and attribution.
3-5 years of performance and attribution analysis and reporting for a small-mid sized fund.
Understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) highly desired.
Exposure to benchmarks and composites desired.
CIPM Certification desired but not required.
Technical skills with Excel/SQL ideal.
