Executive Assistant Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (PRIM) Boston, MA
The $62 billion Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (PRIM) is seeking an Executive Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, the Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director/Chief Investment Officer. Successful candidates will be proactive self-starters with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer phone and manage calendar
Coordinate travel and itineraries
Draft and edit memos, letters, spreadsheets and presentations
Provide administrative support to Board and Committee members, as needed
Prepare expense reports
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings – including compiling, editing and distributing materials to all participants
Work collaboratively with other assistants and receptionist to ensure coverage of phones and front desk at all times
Assist with special projects
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years' relevant administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels within anorganization
Pleasant, professional demeanor
Advanced skills with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
