In This Role, You Will...
Provide administrative support to the investment team, including: reviewing accounts, maintaining bank reconciliations, reconciling investment activities and preparing journal entries.
Work independently and collaboratively with all levels of foundation colleagues on a variety of activities. Provide backup support for the mail room, finance team and gift processing team.
Communicate with investment managers, the investment committee and the investment custodian. You will prepare work for investment committee meetings, take minutes and manage follow-up items.
Coordinate investment surveys, audits, managing forms, and schedule meetings along with a variety of other tasks.
Required Education and Experience:
To Be Successful, You Will Need...
Associates degree in Business, bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of five years professional experience, education may be substituted for years of work experience. Professional exposure to investments is preferred.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives. Attention to detail, accuracy and editing.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to learn job specific software.
Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Must adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
Strong team orientation, a dedicated work ethic and a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional exposure to investments is preferred.
