Works with clients to develop wealth objectives, structuring portfolios to attain specific measurable goals;

Through a team approach, partners with wealth advisory and planning colleagues to develop an integrated wealth management solution for each client;
As a Relationship Manager on designated relationships, oversees the implementation and execution of these comprehensive services.
AREAS of STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management solutions for multi-generational ultra-high-net-worth Family Wealth clients, including:
Managing assets from a holistic perspective across multiple generations, legal entities, and structures, spanning various investment objectives, and containing multiple asset classes, and diverse investment solutions;
Effectively communicates portfolio construction, investment performance, capital market events, and the firm’s economic and market outlook. In this role, the portfolio manager is required to synthesize a wide scope of information (e.g., macroeconomic data, geopolitics, company-specific information) and deliver a concise, logical message;
Ability and willingness to contribute to the advancement of Family Wealth capabilities (e.g., consolidated reporting, portfolio construction, portfolio analytics, and messaging);
Serves as Relationship Manager on designated client relationships, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive investment management, advisory, and planning services;
Works collaboratively with clients to develop wealth objectives, comprising of lifestyle, legacy and philanthropic goals. Structures portfolios that lead to a high probability of attaining specific, measurable goals;
Proactively engages clients on a regular basis to discuss current events (e.g., changes in personal circumstances, capital markets, or goals) and how these events might impact various aspects of the relationship or influence the need for additional services;
Actively participates in Investment Policy Committee and Manager Research Group meetings, contributing to the development of the Family Wealth team’s portfolio construction and investment process;
Actively participates in new business proposals, effectively communicating the firm’s investment philosophy and approach, as well as the value proposition of the Family Wealth team;
Projecting leadership qualities and mentoring junior professionals.
EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
The candidate will possess the following experiences and attributes:
A minimum of ten years’ experience in Investment Management with a focus on Portfolio Management and a track record of investment success;
Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative assets. Direct capital markets or investment experience, preferred;
Relevant experience working with multi-generational ultra-high-net-worth families in an interdisciplinary team-based environment;
Experience with guiding clients through the various dynamics of wealth management;
Strong ability to communicate with clients, as individuals and in group settings;
Thrives in a highly collaborative and client-centric boutique environment;
