Description/Responsibilities The Credit & Banking Business Management team is a global team with a presence in New York, London, Geneva Hong Kong and Singapore that has specific responsibility for supporting the business and senior management with quantitative analysis, project planning, and execution. The role will require collaboration across functional teams, as well as Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, Marketing and Front Office partners to execute projects and business initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the strategic planning process across various initiatives and priorities, and partner with leadership to prepare for a variety of internal presentations (business reviews for senior management, town halls, offsites, etc.)
Support various regulatory and control exercises as a business subject matter expert, including annual Risk and Control Self Assessment (RSCA) and business resiliency exercises
Assist in sales management tasks and drive enhancements to sales management process
Provide project planning support, including developing project plans, documenting scope and business requirements, detailing issues and problems, etc.
Perform data analysis, including the collection of data from various sources, synthesizing the information, and interpreting the results
Present findings and recommendations in a business-friendly way that identifies issues, explains root-cause(s), details business / client impact, and identifies potential solutions
Provide support for BAU business activities, including updating, communicating and publishing rates etc.
Support change management activities in support of the Credit & Banking Advisory Teams, including procedure updates and production of training materials
Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills
Experience in wealth management, private banking preferred
Beneficial to have 1 to 2 years of Business Management and/or Project Management experience
Highly self-motivated individual with a strong solutions orientation; able to concisely articulate and explain US Mortgage product needs and solutions
Interpersonal skills - ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with peers and senior executives
