Position Summary: This is an entry level role which uses investment management concepts. Learns to develop investment research, planning and analysis of investment strategies in a variety of asset class and/or products. This is part of a multi-year Fellowship program with three entry points, recent undergraduate, graduate or specialized, professional school background (JD, Engineering, Science.) Candidates will be placed and rotated through distinct investment areas to learn and develop in the different specializations. There is no guaranteed placement at the end of the assignment, but the candidate should qualified to apply for position at the intermediate level or above in any of the investment specializations.

Duty 1: Learns to provide research, analytical and administrative support to a variety of investment functions. Function:1 Percent: 20
Duty 2: Learns to prepare monthly holdings reports for a large group of external managers. Function:2 Percent: 20
Duty 3: Learn to imports holdings and returns files into Style Research and investigates and resolves any data errors or unusual data using Bloomberg or other research tools. Function:3 Percent: 10
Duty 4: Learns to evaluate each report to insure accuracy of the data and investigate and resolve errors. Function:4 Percent: 10
Duty 5: Learns to prepare charts, graphs, and risk and performance attribution data from systems that are used by Senior Managers to prepare investment recommendations. Function:5 Percent: 10
Duty 6: Learns to calculate investment managers' fees in accordance with contractual agreements and terms. Function:6 Percent: 10
Duty 7: Learns to generate pro forma investment portfolios. Function:7 Percent: 10
Duty 8: Learns about investment database file systems, including research files and report writing. Function:8 Percent: 10
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree and / or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
Ability to quickly research and collect pertinent information.
Acquire knowledge to integrate essential information, and use that information to define and test options and alternatives.
Acquire knowledge to develop recommendations and justification for the most productive course of action.
Ability to be insightful and to use creative skill in reasoning and logic, and in quantitative analysis.

Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Ability to prepare and/or edit reports involving logical and quantitative analysis, so that it is clearly understandable by both technical and lay readers and effectively advances and justifies a specific proposal or set of recommendations.
Proficient in use of database software in financial and investment analysis. Preferred
