Investment Assistant Pension Reserves Investment Management Board Boston, MA
The $65 billion Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (PRIM) is seeking an Investment Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Private Equity, the Investment Assistant will support the private equity investment team. Successful candidates will be proactive self-starters with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage calendars and schedule meetings/calls for individual team members and maintain the private equity team’s annual meetings calendar
Maintain CRM database – create and update contacts and enter meeting notes
Coordinate travel and itineraries
Prepare expense reports
Maintain electronic files for investment due diligence/legal documents
Create and edit presentations for committee and board meetings
Assist with special projects
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years relevant administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels within an organization
Pleasant, professional demeanor
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
